Jubilee Modular was recently awarded Stage 1 of the Amara estate. This stage comprises 112 modern, affordable homes in a gated Kalgoorlie community. It is due for completion in July 2026. This landmark project is supported by the Western Australian government to relieve the acute housing stress in regional Western Australia.
